• Account data: your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth) when you create an account.
• Journal entries: the prayer journal content, discernment notes, and spiritual reflections you choose to save within the app.
• Usage logs: metadata about your interactions with the AI discernment features, including token counts and model usage, used solely for service improvement and cost management.
• Device and session data: standard server logs including IP address and browser type, retained for security purposes.

Your information is used exclusively to provide and improve Sacred Dialogue:

• To authenticate you and maintain your account.
• To store and retrieve your journal entries and make them available to you.
• To power the Sacred Dialogue discernment feature, which processes your entries using a third-party AI service to generate prayerful reflection responses.
• To monitor service health and manage infrastructure costs.

We do not sell, share, or license your personal data to third parties for any marketing or advertising purpose.

Your data is stored with Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, in the United States region. No one but you can access your entries — not other subscribers, and not our own team.

Discernment responses are generated using a third-party AI service. Your journal content is transmitted to that service solely for the purpose of generating a response and is not retained or used for any other purpose by that provider.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time:

• Delete your account: Deleting your account permanently removes all associated journal entries, profile data, and usage logs from our systems. This action is irreversible.
• Export your data: Contact us to request a copy of your stored data.
• Correction: You may update your profile information at any time through the app settings.
